Sometimes, the pressure of creating a ‘professional’ looking photo takes the fun out of things! Also, I firmly believe that it’s not the equipment that makes the photographer. Some of my favorite photos have been taken on disposable cameras, and a crappy (by today’s standards, anyways) Motorola cellphone.
